Just wanted to flag up a few things about customer service offered by PC Specialist. I've ordered my laptop on 31st of October and haven't still received it?!? Here're the details of my order:
Processed Date 31-10-2013
Pre-Production Date 05-11-2013
Build Date 15-11-2013
Test Date 18-11-2013
Awaiting Dispatch Date 19-11-2013
Dispatch Date 19-11-2013
I was meant to receive my laptop this Wednesday (20th of November), but I got a call from PC Specialist saying that I'm receiving someone else's laptop and someone else has received mine... How can this possibly happen in such a large firm!?! I was told that both of use have to send our laptops back (even though I did even receive it). They then meant to check it for scratches etc and send it to me. The guy on the phone said that they should receive both of the laptops on Thursday and send it to me using special delivery which meant I should have received it today, but nothing came. In addition to this, I've asked him whether or not they will update the tracking number on my account and he said they will, but nothing has changed since which means they did not even send it to me yet!??! This is one of the worst experiences I had and I will definitely not purchase from here again and tell my friends not to purchase from here cause this is ridiculous.
