Wrong power supply for monitor?

Took delivery of my monitor today - power lead ends in a weird two prong plug that I’m not familiar with?

Sounds like its a EU/US plug - is there not a UK plug included?

Who did you purchase the monitor off? I'd get in touch with them ASAP to get the correct plug sent out (and confirm it can run on 240V if its a US unit)

I'd double check what is in the box to ensure there isn't a UK plug in there somewhere, failing that I'd give PCS a call - they might ask you to box the whole thing up and send it back, alternatively they could just send you a UK plug if its missing

Yes, definitely give them a call if there is no UK plug in there, its possible PCS were supplied with monitors with the wrong plugs and hadn't realised.
They will sort it out for you.

Rang them - they are sending one to me but I won’t get it until Monday. A bit inconvenient but hey ho.
