I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I really need help.
Every time I try and launch GTA 5, it refuses to work. And I assume it'll be the same for any game. If I start it from steam itself, if just stops doing anything after the popup that says "installing DirectX".
If I launch the exe from the file directory, it shows a popup saying "xinput1_3.dll" is missing.
I have no idea what to do. I've been searching for two hours, but any solutions I've tried have not worked.
