Yeah last game i got from Zavvi, Black Ops, they had to send out twice and then the Steam code had been already used and it was sealed!!!! =O

They refunded me two weeks later no questions.

lol, for some games I prefer to have the box and disk. plus my net is pretty slow and there is no way I'm downloading 30gigs would take ages!
