Zotac RTX 3090 RGB Not Working

Hi all,

I got my new system yesterday, which included the Zotac Trinity RTX 3090, however when I installed the zotac software, the lighting does not work.

I tried following a guide online but it didn’t work, does anyone have a solution to fix this?

What zotac software did you install? Can you provide a link?

Can you upload a screenshot of adjusting the lighting?

It’s the latest software they provide on their site and I am unable to even access the lighting adjustment.

Can you provide a link because there are different versions for different GPU's, need to make sure you've installed the correct version.

Just to check, do I also need to install the graphics driver they provide on their site for it to work?

No, you should install the GPU driver direct from nvidia.

Can you post your full specs from the order page so we can see what we're dealing with?

I would uninstall bullguard.

Then uninstall your current zotac software and reboot.

Make sure all windows upates are applied and GPU drivers are up to date.

Then you need to install this version of Firestorm:

Does seem to be a bug that they’re aware of affecting 3000 series, have a look at the comments at the bottom:
