it was actually t/me, because im so used to typing "t" to type a message in minecraft lol....

But I think we'd best get back on topic now.

Will PCS be offering an overclock on the 2600K? :)

We're working on this now. Will be live soon! :D

Early reports are that some SB cpus are dying if given too much voltage. Absolute safe maximum volts is 1.38v apparently (according to Intel themselves)

Read this at another forum. Just thought I'd mention it.

ive seen them spanked up to 1.65 @ 5.0 and run for hours. but as always sometime you get a bad.. or not so sexy chip.

its the risk of OC :D

I'm just relaying what I'm reading. I'm sure high overclocks and high voltages can be stable, but as I say there are reports that CPUs are failing due to excessive volts.

Yep. and its happened with every release.

Chips die when there over clocked to much. But the only way we find " too much " is by blowing a few :D

Yeah it looks like it's working now :)
I didn't think that the rumor about the 2500k being able to hit 5Ghz on air was true.

Nice new Avatar. :)

I doubt AMD bullzoder will out-perform Sandy bridge to be honest, but we will have to wait and see...
