Trying to put together a ryzen system on here. I can choose the same 3000mhz ram as 4 sticks of 8gb or 2 sticks of 16gb. What's the difference? One is slightly more expensive.

As I'm no longer using it, can I reuse the windows 10 on my new PCS build? If so, I'll just choose no OS in the configurator, right?.

I opted for the cosmos series laptop which I will be using mainly for work with Virtual Machines, a little photoshop and lightroom work and casual gaming when I'm away from home. I have a second hyperx 8gb ram stick to install myself and a WD Black drive 750Gb on its way to install in the dvd...
My budget is £700 and I require a 15.6" 1080P display.
