    New PC should be OC'd to 4.4Ghz but when Prime95 is running the highest I've seen it go is 3.4Ghz

    I guess there should be an activation code somewhere but I can't see it and it's not on the Win7 disc or packet. Also PC should be OC to 4.4Ghz but CPU-Z shows about 3.4 even when Prime95 is running.
