I guess there should be an activation code somewhere but I can't see it and it's not on the Win7 disc or packet.

Also PC should be OC to 4.4Ghz but CPU-Z shows about 3.4 even when Prime95 is running.

The product code will be on the back or side of computer case on a small sticker.

If your machine is a desktop there will be a sticker (which will have the activation key on it) on the back or side or the case.
If it's a laptop then the sticker be on the underside
