Hey guys, I've just checked the order status of my Laptop and it's saying In Testing - Problem. I can't see what the problem is? I've tried calling but no answer in over 90 minutes. (Currently at work) Does it normally state what the issue is when there is a problem? I'll have to try emailing PCS.

The Nova has a desktop Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and the Laptop has a Ryzen 7 4800H Mobile CPU. However the 4800H is more powerful it would seem. The Nova has a nice upgrade path though to stronger CPU's down the line if you need to upgrade.

Wondering if anyone can confirm their RTX2060 is the refreshed version?
