Hi, thanks for the prompt response. The system will not boot at all. The power on off button top centre of keyboard lights up for a short period about ever 3 secs and thhats all that happens. I have let it do that for about a minute tops on the several attempts of RAM changes but it does not boot.

Hi SpyderTracks / Jasontvnd, Thank you both for helping with my issue so much appreciated. After running the CPU-Z prog can see that the current original RAM in the laptop CM4X4GF2133C15S2 is showing at 1.20 V on th SPD tab page in timing tables. If it would be of use here are som more details...
