I wish I knew how this actually happened because I can changed 100 passwords and reinstall computer/phone but I still don't know how it came to happen. And it wasn't like it was the same combination, three of the sites used the same combination but the Amazon site used a completely different...

So when its reset, I have alot of alot of options like these what do I do? I'm still confused how I get them all back when I'm not restoring from icloud backup. At what point does the messages come back?

I thought you meant backup to iCloud and then wipe the phone and restore it??

I've managed to reset password thankfully, resetting it again hopefully it will restore from backup this time

I've messed up, I've reset everything but I don't know my password to iCloud now and I can't log in to find it out, or reset it as my phone needs to be working

I've changed all my passwords on my computer and set up lastpass on my computer and phone. If you still suggest the phone thing I can do it though.

And does it matter now I’ve changed all passwords or does this mean I have to change everything again 😩

I've been on Microsoft account and there was an attempt on 1st November to get into that, from the same IP that tried to get into my Facebook last night (located in Buffalo, USA) it was an incorrect password that time on the 1st though

No one has access to it. I have used chrome for a long time and its connected to my gmail account which syncs bookmarks etc. I have since changed my gmail password along with everything else. Where is the windows account information, is that just microsoft?

Is LastPass free to use? Also don't understand how the hacking is possible though, it never happened on my previous computer and that was using older software.
