I just find it all a bit confusing because surely any goods-in department would scan to say they’ve received it regardless if it was going to be checked that day or not. Just gives the ease of mind that it’s been safely delivered.
I have no way of knowing if it’s been delivered because PCS themselves organised the pick up, only confirmation I have is that they’ve collected from myself (photo and written proof)

I handed over my RMA to DPD Friday afternoon and it’s been 3 days with my account saying that it’s awaiting the RMA. Usually DPD deliver the next day or two days? Just a bit frustrating because I’m left without a functioning PC for the time being
after doing some digging ive realised its because its a blower model which tend to suffer with the same issue of not being able to handle the load, so at the moment I feel a bit mislead by PCS because at no point did they notify me to what type of 2080ti they were putting in
After a quick use of that benchmark PC was handling it at ultra at a steady 135fps with the GPU running at 83-84C so i cant really pinpoint the issue either
