It’s asks for a username and password when doing that of which I don’t have for DPD

All I have is the consignment number and senders reference with no way to track if they delivered it back to PCS

I just find it all a bit confusing because surely any goods-in department would scan to say they’ve received it regardless if it was going to be checked that day or not. Just gives the ease of mind that it’s been safely delivered.

I’ve called twice to enquire but I keep getting false promises and led in a circle, understandable that they’re busy but it’s quite frustrating

I have no way of knowing if it’s been delivered because PCS themselves organised the pick up, only confirmation I have is that they’ve collected from myself (photo and written proof)

I’ve only sent off a component RMA not the entire machine but you would think they would have separate departments for RMAs and building?

Hi guys looking for a bit of help, I handed over my RMA to DPD Friday afternoon and it’s been 3 days with my account saying that it’s awaiting the RMA. Usually DPD deliver the next day or two days? Just a bit frustrating because I’m left without a functioning PC for the time being

after doing some digging ive realised its because its a blower model which tend to suffer with the same issue of not being able to handle the load, so at the moment I feel a bit mislead by PCS because at no point did they notify me to what type of 2080ti they were putting in

The CPU temp maxed at 67C with the benchmark you provided

After a quick use of that benchmark PC was handling it at ultra at a steady 135fps with the GPU running at 83-84C so i cant really pinpoint the issue either

the 42 or 84? With the 2080Ti having a max of 89 wouldnt the 84 generally be a bad temp to be at with constant gaming?

Im currently using GPU-Z and it says the GPU is 42C when idle but averaging 84C when running graphic intensive games such as warframe and division 2
