Is it possible to specify things you would like with a build ? like for instance, if I get a 2060 could I ask to specifically get a type of brand? or its just "you get what we give you" type deal ?

im not sure on what brand they use when its not stated , it says not founders edition. So what kind are they ? is there a specific brand/type they use? like for instance the rtx 2060....there is many different brands like Msi, zotac. any info on this ?
