Armoury crate detects the Motherboard, and addressable header, I don't have any other RGB components aside from k/b and mouse. But neither of those are ROG.
Bit of a late update on this, reinstalled Windows and apps, redownloaded the latest drivers and still the same. Everything works as normal, the CPU cooler is working, just no RGB. I downloaded Armoury Crate, and can set the little MOBO RGB and have it change colours etc. It might be possible I...
Oh I wasn't aware what you were referring to, I've tied it to my microsoft account, Windows is activated as normal. I also downloaded AMD chipset drivers as there were items in device manager with an warning and that installed all the relevant stuff for wireless controller etc.
I had to do a reinstall on it, because it was giving me a BSOD after booting into windows because of either a missing/faulty driver as I was going from Inter to AMD, I reinstalled while keeping documents.
I don't suppose I was suppose to connect something when setting up was I? I did put in my own SSD from my other PC and my GTX1660 Super

As the title states, I ordered my build with the PCS RGB air cooler however there's no RGB when I've turned it on, was I supposed to do something to enable this?
My build is due to arrive in a around an hour or 2, can confirm that my build times were adhered too, estimated between the 27th/30th and I ordered on the 5th at 2pm exactly, so spot on. Now to finish the last 6 hours of this shift and set it up!
Exactly the same here, ordered a 5600x build at 05/11, 2pm on the dot. Email's been saying 27/30th with no sign of it being pushed back so fingers crossed!
Hi all, I ordered my build over a week ago and it looks like it's going to be in pre-production for a while. The CPU is a 5600X and I originally ordered with the stock AMD cooler which I'm aware is rather decent, however would I benefit from changing this to the PCS Frostflow 100 at all?
Random update on this, but yesterday just around 2pm when I was ready to order, the case appeared back in the config and I was able to order my new Ryzen 5600X build with the case! I assume someone swapped their one out for something else because after I put my order through the case was gone...
Thanks for the advice all, I'll keep it in mind. I think for now I'll leave it as is. I don't do much high end gaming and even in a year or 2 a 2060 Super will be more than enough for my needs. If there's issue's I've got the warranty to fall back on.

Might just buy the case and send it in, I would assume the build obviously won't start until I send it in. When I send it in, is there anything I need to put on the box it comes in? I'll likely be ordering the case from Amazon as it's available there
Ah damn it, spoke to PCS chat and it IS out of stock. On the day I planned to order! It was one of the few cases at that price that supported DVD drives, seeing as build time is 13-15 days, do I order with a different case and swap later?
