Hi guys, My laptop keeps overheating and shutting down. I have the laptop on a cooling pad and the pad is running on full. I have also cleaned the graphics card fan and I have a program that tells me the temp so I know when it is going to overheat. I,ve tried updating drivers but im not sure...

So just as I finished downloading Windows again The screen changed on my laptop and is now installing Windows lol.

Ah okay, and ince thats downloaded and on a usb drive then I should reset the laptop into bios and set to boot from the usb?

I've got the disks that came with the machine. WIndows 10, Drivers, etc. How would I go about re-resetting now as its been on this 59% for 10hrs?

Hi all. So my laptop started running particularly slow recently when it definitely should not be. I decided to do a full reset as It probably needed a fresh start as it had been a while. However the reset is taking hours. So far up to about 20hrs. I dont think a full reset should take that long...
