Try here.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/
On this page,under 1. "Select a product family" select "Wireless Networking"
2."Select a product line" select "Intel Wi-Fi products"
3. Select a product name and look for your card.
4. Under "Select support information" select "Drivers & Software"
Click on "Find" then select your Operating System.

Thanks for the reply, but i tried this but it wouldnt give up any results, i got it working, was on the intel forums and a lot of folks having the same problem, intel is poor with its compatable driver but one guy had a solution.

Solution: I disabled Power Management for the device and my WIRELESS EARPHONES has been connected for hours.

Hope that helps someone.

Hopefully working drivers are out soon.

Power Management: Device Manager ->
Bluetooth -> Intel ... Bluetooth ... ->

(right click -> properties) ->
"Power Management" tab ->

Uncheck "Allow this computer ... to save power"

this is what he did and its working so im not complaining, i almost ripped the thing out last night was going to send it back today , but its a work around , the main thing was the wireless and i probably could have settled without the bluetooth , but its the principle of the thing and i like my pc fully working,see what pcs says on monday as i mailed them with the problem, ive got connection speeds of around 780 mbs on wireless so im more than happy with the AC config on the 5mhz band
