Advice on build (updated)

This PC is primarily being built for gaming, and I'm not the most hardware savvy so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Coming in at the top of my budget of £1600. I'll be using an ASUS TUF Gaming VG249QL3A 24" monitor.

Can I also ask, would it make much difference (to sound levels or cooling performance) to upgrade the case to a Fractal Pop Silent Case TG ?

This is a little over budget but it's a monster 1080p build. I would suggest that you don't want to stick with 1080p forever so I would have eyes on a monitor and GPU upgrade next year. The build will absolutely cater for that, all you will need is an appropriate GPU, you swap it out and sell the old one to recover some costs.

Getting inside budget is easy, just forego the X3D chip (the X3D is the best gaming chip on the market but the 7700 isn't to be sniffed at). You could save a further £50 on the cooling if you wanted, as the 7700 doesn't need this level of cooling, but personally I would keep it as it'll allow you to upgrade the CPU to something beefier without having to upgrade the cooling also. The option is there though. Additionally, there's no real down side to over-shooting the cooling.

I wouldn't recommend any of the low end silent cases. The Define 7 is the only one with decent enough airflow IMO, and even then you need to be using an AIO to get the most out of it.
