Am I good for cooling?

Hey there, finally dipping my toes into the world of PCs
Not looking for anything fancy, 1440 or 1080 is fine by me. Gaming is only one use case for this, it's gonna be a bit of a workhorse with general use and photoediting etc.
My main concern, after reading through a few posts is my case/fans? I don't really care about looks but I've heard this case can be excessively noisy and doesn't have PWM fans (but it does clearly state PWM, so maybe I was reading older posts? Or the case model has been updated?)

And I'm not sure if the additional two fans I've added to my order (to go in the top slots) are also gonna be dynamic or not, they just gonna be huffin at 100% the time?
It's the one part of the build where I really haven't got a clue, so any feedback appreciated.

The monitors aren't going to be ideal for your gaming uses. Only being 60hz is both good for performance and bad for visuals. It'll be easy to run a 60hz monitor but it's definitely going to be a bottleneck. 1440p won't scale well on a 4k monitor (it doesn't divide) so I would definitely steer clear of operating this way. You would be better placed to get yourself a monitor specific for gaming (replacing the 1080p one as the 4k is good for production).

There are many very poor choices in your configuration. I'm surprised that the only thing you picked up on was the case to be honest. I don't think the budget is there for a 7800XT build but I'll propose what I would look for in a system around that particular GPU with your use case in mind.

In the below I would prefer the 620 cooler so keep an eye in case that comes back in stock. The ideal selection would be the H100x, but the budget was too restrictive.

The below gets you on target for the budget. The 4060Ti isn't a great 1440p GPU but it'll do a decent enough job. I've had to lower the CPU as well. This won't be an overly strong performer as a workhorse but it'll do fine for photoshop etc. The only down side for video editing or rendering would be time, you aren't going to have any other issues.

Same goes for the cooler. I would far prefer the 620.
