Yep i've taken some will post them once i'm got them onto my pc and worked out how to get them on here.
Have just read some of the sandy bridge chipset threads - i have 2 hd's and 2 optical drives, oh dear

2)press add files
3) press basic uploader
4) choose files
5) upload then preview your post and see if it works

What motherboard have you got??

I've got the ASUS® P8P67 PRO: USB 3.0, SATA 6.0GB/s, CrossFireX™ / SLI SUPPORT.
I think this is one of the boards with the chipset problem isn't it?

Yes that board is affected, you should have received several emails from us on the subject outlining various options.

Dont worry about it, we have your back. Have a think about which option suits you best, there is no immediate danger of the machine failing due to the issue and please dont let it sour your enjoyment of the machine.

No worries Gorman, i've just spoken to a very pleasant chap on your technical line, they're sending me out one of these adaptor thingys to plug my optical drives into.
He said he could talk me through installing it once it comes.
A pleasure dealing with PCS once again.
