A 3070 standard would be the better option but as its displaying as currently out of stock with a eta on it opted for 3070ti

You dont need a dedicated antivirus they cause more issues then they solve windows defender is good and free

850w psu allows for future upgrades

Monitor more suited to the gpu then a 1080p monitor

5900 cpu is better suited for gaming and moderate video editing
The 5950x is more suited to heavy production work and is just a waste of a budget

Silver warrenty for £5 extra covers carriage costs for a year rather then a month which is brilliant value for money seeing how it would cost you alot more to ship a pc back if a issue occurs then the £5 for a year of cover :)

The case I have selected is a amazing case but there are cheaper alternatives that will be just as good if you wished to lower the cost

is the motherboard good enough to upgrade the GPU in the future or should i get the next motherboard up
Motherboard ASUS® CROSSHAIR VIII HERO WIFI (DDR4, PCIe 4.0, CrossFireX/SLI) - RGB Ready!

or just stick with
Motherboard
ASUS® ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING (USB 3.2 Gen 2, PCIe 4.0) - ARGB Ready!

The asus rog strix is fine for a future gpu upgrade :) on checkout if your decide your happy with your system it will recommend a lower psu to save money if you want to change your gpu in future I would stay in the 850w - 1000w range to be able to comfortably upgrade in future or you will have to change the psu in future with the gpu

You wouldn't be able to upgrade passed the 5000 series CPU's as the next gen are going to use a new socket.

Yeah, read that as CPU as OP mentioned motherboard.

Any motherboard will take any GPU.

It's only the CPU that's motherboard specific based on the socket type.
Ive mixed up reading gpu and cpu so many times Ive stopped counting I just missed a budget in another thread that was typed in large bold font !!!

Im jealous of the 5900x its a superb cpu ! Please show us some pictures when it arrives :)

so when the new CPU comes out if i want to upgrade ill have to upgrade the motherboard too. Right?
