Average Wait Time for a RMA pc to return ?

Heya, just wondering what would be the average wait time for a PC to return from a RMA?

It depends on the problem. If it's a simply issue like a failed component and we have the spares in stock, it can be 1-2 days. If however the component is out of stock we usually have to order this in or send it off for repair, so in this case returns can take longer.

Ok. I would have thought that when I sent mine on Monday 25th you got it by the end of the day I was told, and yet Today I am told you havent even touched it. I thought it was a 'high priority' cuz it was DOA or whatever. So if it was a minor fault I was hoping I would have had it by Even tomorrow if you had fixed it today and sent it..
I dont belive you have hundreds RMAs to go through

Your RMA was generated on the 23rd (Saturday) collected yesterday (Monday) and received today (Tuesday). The RMA has been looked at today and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
