Hey! Sorry for late response. Ok i have slightly figured it out. How long does the link last for? I am currently at work :/ (Work Sucks). Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me regarding the build :) I like it a looot
Sorry for my late response, I've been travelling all day! Looks like Agent Cooper has got you an answer already. Technically the link will last for months, but not at that price. If you're not planning on buying straight away, saving the quote will save the price for 5 days, so if it increases, great, you've got it at a cheaper price. if it reduces, you just do a new quote for the lower price!

Ah, I stand corrected. (Though I'd still stick with the H115i in terms of value for money.)
I believe you can also get a 360mm rad next to the mobo too, the 5000 series are monster cases 😂

Hey! So I check out the monitor AOC CU34G2X and realised its a 34 inch. I enjoy a normal size of 24’. Is there one within this size which you would recommend ?
If you'd rather a smaller screen you could go for a non-ultrawide version of that monitor called the AOC CQ27G2U. I own one and it's a fantastic experience (especially compared to 1080p 60hz which is what I came from 😂 ). It's a 27 inch monitor so it's slightly larger than what you're used to but you need a larger screen when you have a higher number of pixels. For your budget, I really wouldn't recommend 1080p (which is what you'd need for 24 inch screens). Going for this would also mean you could save on the GPU as you'd have less pixels to push (I'd swap to the standard 3070, instead of the 3070TI)

Given your budget, I’d suggest getting a monitor in there as the 1080p 144hz is quite entry level in today’s standards. But I’ll get back to that

5000X is a fantastic case. The 5800X is the gaming CPU to have right now, I’ve paired that with the X570 TUF for its uprated VRM’s over the B550 boards. 16GB is the standard for a gaming system, you might want to consider more if you’re going to stream, video edit or play MSFS or heavily modded titles. For the monitor I’m thinking of I’ve gone for the 3070TI, it’s only £60 more than the standard 3070 right now. For storage. There’s a super fast 500GB M.2 for windows and programs, then a dedicated 2TB SSD games drive and a 2TB HDD for general files. For PSU, I’ve gone for the RMx850W which is a top of the line unit and will power this pc nicely. For CPU cooling, the 5800X can run pretty hot, so I’ve opted for the Capellix H115i. If you need WiFi the AX200 is a no brainier as is the Silver warranty for £5.

This build does have some RGB, but I think it’ll be pretty tasteful. If you’d rather turn it all off, it will mostly be controlled through Corsair’s iCUE software, making it super simple to toggle.

For monitors, I have the AOC CU34G2X in mind. It’s a lovely 1440p ultrawide that will be awesome for gaming. You could then use your BenQ as a secondary. These run for about £450. @AgentCooper has one and is very happy with it.

That should come to £2,831. Any questions, feel free to ask!

Do you think this is okay? or would work as a build? I will be paying extra for the monitor so that would be seperate.

Thanks :)

You’ve gone for a 5950X? Not a move I’d make, it’s a productivity processor and is actually a little worse for a gaming system. I’d strongly recommend rethinking that.

Agreed, the spec from @JUNI0R is pretty tasty and it’s probably the one I’d buy for myself if I was in the market for a new PC.

Thank you :) I just wanna say thank you to all your professional Masters for helping me. I would like your steam ID or discord so we can play games once my Pc comes :)))))))) I will be ordering it tomorrow

If you join the PCS Discord when you get your new PC, I'm sure you'll find me in there ;)

Do you mean output? The TUF X570 comes with an optical out but not in

Hey! So I just got the pc. I was looking at the monitor which I still have not gone for yet. Would there be another monitor which you would consider apart from this AOC CU34G2X? the 34 inch will be too big for my set up.

The AOC doesn’t take up much more space than a 27 inch monitor due the curvature of the screen, my desk is 100cm wide and it fits on there nicely.

What sort of desk space are you working with? Post a pic if you can, it’ll help us out to see the area 🙂👍
