blu-ray problems

12x BLU-RAY RE-WRITER DRIVE, 16x DVD ±R/±RW this is the drive that was put into my rig yet i cannot seem to get it to run properly? have istalled the Cyberlink bd solutions software provided but still no joy? have even tryed corel bd software but still no luck? it plays dvd and cd just no BD? any help or advise?

Are you using cyberlink power dvd or any other blu ray player.
If so,try downloading the latest free trial cyberlink dvd player.
