I saw this at Eurogamer Expo in 2009 and it looked epic to say the least, Then I got to play it at Eurogamer Expo 2010 & it lived up to everything that the dev's said it would be. The game REQUIRES teamwork otherwise you wont make it past the first objective.

Its gonna be immense, I cant wait for it

the game sort of reminds me of tf2 with a mix bfbc2 objectives play style with abit of COD lol

well drunk, the reviews are out and most of them are pretty shocking mate. If it makes you feel better the pc version is less buggy and crappy. Next time follow your instinct, don't just rush into something just cos all your mates are getting it... It's the dino d day fiasco all over again...

• bad textures
• smells

is the gist of most reviews, but they say it's stuff that can easier get patched later.


Edit: Btw guys how to i get my direct2drive version to give me a cd key or will i have to wait, i can download it now... but it doesnt give me a cd key yet... when most people on the internet have already registered their direct2drive cd keys on steam and started the preload :S

I've heard many people say that player-based reviews are coming in (and I've seen a few myself, though the reviewers seem a tad retarded and makes me question wether they even have a PC caperble of running it) saying that the game is poor, buggy, etc however my friends whom own Brink say it's a good fun game which has a bug or two but no more than what other games might have on day one release... I think I'll wait for a well-known reviewer such as Angry Joe or the Cynical brit to review it.

I am no reviewer, and can have an odd taste in games (I still think the Gothic series are better than things like Oblivion...not Gothic 4, no...not that), but I will play it a bit tonight and post some thoughts here later or tomorrow.

I do know a rubbish game when I play one (HARRO SOLDNER!), so hopefully will be able to impart at least whether its worth a try
