Im looking for a budget gaming system which will be able to run the latest games released in 2-3 years with at least 60 fps . And a few photoshop designs and video rendering also im looking for good gaming sound, im not really familiar with these sound cards so i dont really know what to look for in them

Just to start and get this out of the way budget PC and 60 fps in 2-3 years do not go in the same sentence and no matter what you buy now or in 6 months there is no guarantee it will be playing new releases in 2-3 years at 60 fps you just never know what advancements are going to come up so all you can do is leave you build open for upgrades to be added to it so i have this spec below which is about the best you can buy at the moment with your budget and it is all set for adding a second GPU in 1-3 years or basically when it starts to struggle.

Here is another option with a decent sound card (although I think on board would be good enough) and double the amount of RAM for your video editing. If you sacrificed the sound card you could get a 850W PSU so in a year or two you could add another GTX 570. The choice is yours.
