Hi everyone, I'm building a PC that I'll be using for things like Maya and ZBrush, pretty much a PC fitting for a CG Artist
I am very new to this and my knowledge on building a PC is very low, I'm not quite sure I have a handle on this but I've taken time out to learn and understand, I've put together a list of things I feel fit what I'm looking for with some exclusions of parts I will be buying elsewhere due to my budget, it would be helpful if someone could review my quote and give some feedback

I have a budget of £2000 and I'm not looking to go too much over that price point, here's a list of things I'm plan to buy, It would be helpful if anyone could suggest solutions for the cooler, some advice would be helpful
Case: Cooler Master CM Storm Scout 2 USB3.0 ATX PC Case - £78.99
Graphics Card: NVIDIA Quadro 4000 2G GDDR5 - £381.59
3TB Hard disk: Seagate 3TB 3.5 inch 7200RPM 64MB Cache SATA3 Hard Drive - £89.94
A Cooler: I have nothing in mind for this at the moment because people warn me away from Liquid cooling, I was previously keen on Corsair H80i
Monitor: Asus PB278Q - £455.36
A side note; I would be buying the Graphics Card from eBay, apart from the obvious make sure it's not broken is there anything else I should look out for; can i still buy it even if it doesn't have the driver, do i all the accessories to instal it?
I hope I haven't been a waste of your time, thank you for your time
