Can I delete these files?

All these junk files in my C: drive and i'm unsure what their purpose is...
Anyone know if they are ok to just delete?

I wouldn't delete them,dll files especially and possibly some of the others could be required by some programs to run.They take up very little space anyway.

You can delete them if you want. They are part of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installation. If you haven't installed it on your PC yet, then install and delete them.

For more info - The Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package installs runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed with Visual C++ on a computer that does not have Visual C++ 2010 installed.
