What are you planning on using it for?
Cos 16GB of RAM may not be necessary, and the sound card may not be needed either.

Also swap the drives round, cos I presume you'd want the OS on the SSD.

Also are you sure you need the Maximus? How about a board like the p8z68-v or the pro version, both same chipset as the maximus, supports quad gpu, and isnt going over the top.
