I can't find anything specific about your actual chassis...however, I have found a few Clevo chassis' where the CMOS battery is located underneath the keyboard...no clue if the keyboard is removal on the Defiance or not though
Thank you for checking and replying so quickly, I'll try to check

OK no way to find clear instructions...and to know which kind of spare to buy. I asked PC Specialist Support directly

This does not always work but putting make and chassis number into Youtube sometimes gets you to a decent video on repair and maintainance.

Expect you already know but worth adding, use plastic or something non-conductive to put new CMOS battery in place. Touching them with anything conductive can cause discharge/damage.

Touching them with bare fingers can reduce their life too. The oils on your skin eventually damage them (apparently).

I hold the new battery in a clean handkerchief when I'm changing them.

Obvious as well (hopefully) but when poking something up through to release the keyboard make sure the lid is NOT closed. [emoji3]

This looks very much like my old Defiance II did as well.

Thanks for your time, I found the service manual and how to remove the keyboard But no confirmation that the CMOS battery is there, I trust @Nursemorph anyhow ;)

The first thing I tried, I found nothing about that chassis and CMOS replacement or location, thanks anyhow :)

Must admit I thought it would be the other side as in take the back off. As that’s where my memory, hard drives and all that were. Shame I don’t have it anymore as would have looked for you.

Nope not on the bottom

There’s a pic in here.

So go with under the keyboard. Lol.

Isnt that removing the main battery - not the CMOS.

I found it! It wasn't below the keyboard but close to the LAN module on the back cover. You need to remove both the keyboard and the back cover:

Now I'm thinking to buy an additional SSD since the job is almost already done :D :D

That's quite an attractively laid out internals, I'm particularly liking the double fan on the left, that's quite unusual to see two fans.

Has there been a game based around building, troubleshooting and fixing PCs, am sure something quite good could be produced.
