Configuring service pack taking forever

Hi,

Windows 7 said there was an update, which I downloaded, then restarted when prompted and it's currently at 10% configuring after around 30 mins is this gonna speed up? I know service packs are usually large but did not think it would be taking 5 mins to configure each percent.
