So the two fans on the radiator are showing the correct colour based on the selected colour pattern in iCUE, but the pump does not, is that correct? Sounds like one of the LEDs on pump is not working, for example, the blue led might not be functioning, which means that colours are not displayed correctly. For example, if you set it to purple, it will show red if the blue led is not working.

Edit: Have you tried force updating the firmware?

That is correct. The fans got all the original colours and working as they should. But the pump is not. Set to purple and showing red... Set to green and its green. Blue is green. yellow is red.

Update. They changed the pump. But they no longer stock the platinum pump so they fitted me a h115i rgb pro xt. Think that what they said. What is the difference

The only difference I can see is that the RGB Pro XT comes with ML fans which are very very good and near silent and the Platinum comes with ML Pro fans which I didn't know where a thing but I assume some sort of better fan than the ML? It's weird I can't get too much details on them but all I can see is they potentially have more RGB potential?

As for performance the ML fans are fantastic so I'd say it's as close to like for like as is available

IIRC the ML Pro spin faster, or have a higher maximum. It's much of a muchness as you should never see full speed on such a cooler.
