crossword clues.

I suffer from insomnia,so to alleviate my boredom I thought I would post this,
just a bit of trivia for anyone interested in getting the old brain cells exercised.
I'm been a bit of a crossword addict and over the years and have come across four clues I found particularly intriguing.Can you solve any of them (without googling)
1: orchestra (anagram)
2: sgeg (9-4)
3: HIJKLMNO (5)
4: E (13)

1.Cart horse is all i can do with orchestra
2. Pass
3. water (h - "2" - 0 )
4. Thought this was chemistry but no luck. Looked up the answer from some crossword enthusiasts and am now quite cross.

2 is scrambled eggs.

I love doing the Telegraph cryptic every day, although it's only ever once in a blue moon I completely finish them. My favourite clue ever was probably 'Fat duck cooks bees' (5).

Carthorse is all the one word (I think).
First time I seen them I couldn't solve 3 or 4,
even when I seen the answer to 4 it still took me a bit of working out.
