We’d need to have a lot more information to be able to give any opinion.

What’s it for?

What’s your max budget?

How much did it come to?

What make and model screen are you using?

Storage and cooling looks a bit off...but other than that I can't say much without knowing the usage (1080p gaming, video/photo editing, AI, etc.).

what do you mean by the cooling looks a bit off?
Cooler looks to be a bit weak for that quite hot CPU - we'd tend to recommend a Corsair 150i (360mm) AIO for 12th gen and later i7/i9 CPUs.

Single relatively slow PCIe3 SSD means everything is on one drive...so it slows it down, and you risk losing everything if it fails (or you need to reinstall Windows for some reason). We'd normally recommend a 500GB very fast SSD (a Solidigm P44 Pro at twice the speed of the Samsung 970 Evo Plus) for Windows, Apps and Game Launchers, and a secondary 2TB Solidigm P41+ for games storage (a lot of modern games are coming in at 100GB+).

the cooler that ive got is the only available one i could have aside from the "basic" one and its the one my current one has - its lasted 7 and a half years to date so its done well for essentially playing WoW and youtube etc., nothing major. the brief specs of the one im upgrading from is an Intel i7 7800X processor, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, same cooling as new one, 1660TI Geforce RTX Graphics card. thats the basics of what im upgrading *from*

Don't think you'd get one in that case, going to depend on memory, I've got that case and had to go with Corsair H100i ELITE CAPELLIX RGB Hydro Series High Performance CPU Cooler and that came as a sandwich on the front

Without the required information, we can't give any proper advice as we don't have a clue what it's pairing with.

The 12700k is an entirely different architecture to a 7 !/2 year old processor, they're even remotely similar. If you're expecting the same performance between those two chips you're going to be sorely let down.

But again this is someone asking for advice but not really interested in it.

Sorry, didn't realise the 465X was a particularly small case. Thought it must be bigger than my 220T, and that has the H100i on the top (but no fancy RGB RAM for me) ;)

Again, until we have all the required information, we literally can't give any accurate advice.

The advice given so far is purely based on the specs, but we have no idea what it's pairing with, so can't tell if it's suitable or not.

I think a 360 would fit in the top if it wasn't for the RGB RAM, or it would go in the front without the hard drive enclosure

What monitor, resolution (1080p, 1440p, 2160p) & hz (60hz, 144hz, 240hz, 360hz), or exact model number.

What sort of FPS you're aiming in WoW...are there any other games that you regularly play, etc...

The specs of the monitor, best thing you could have done would have been come here first and got a spec
