I like this build, its solid. My only comment, i note you want it to last a long time, so why choose the now soon to be end of life socket 1366 I7 950 over the 1155 Sandy bridge 2nd gen I7's?

Yeah it would be a better idea to go with an i7-2600 and Radeon HD5970 instead.

Also wanted -> CPU cooling, lots of opinions is in web about water cooling, I know one thing - nobody cancelled how DANGEROUS is water in electricity.
Whos company's in world have best isolation in water cooling in PC's CPU?

1 x 200mm front red LED fan,
1 x 200mm top fan,
1 x 120mm rear fan
is needed fan controls, automated same as BIOS controls GPU & CPU fan speed as request on degrees.
For what - energy saving.
If You have better ideas how to save energy by control PC power - go one, ill be happy to know and use it in future.

Warranty is last what Id like to use, it is makes idles for me. Make impossibility - possibility.

if your not going to overclock get the i7 2600, get a higher psu change to the nvidia gtx580 it performs better and is lower price, later on you can sli it(get two), so get a 1000watt psu. Also no point using that high mghz ram even if your trying to make this comp last 10 years go for higher ram in gig not mhz on the 1600 or 1333 maybe 16gig 1333mhz or 16gig 16000mhz? if you realy want it or stay up to you but i dont think you wil get the most out of the 2133 unless your overclocking

No it doesn't, in most cases the HD5970 performs better than the GTX580.
