I might be confused I thought you should to have your pc base on the floor due to dust etc? or is it just don't put them in an enclosed space?

The floor is fine. Wherever you put a PC it's going to need dusting periodically.

When mine used to live on the floor and we had carpets, I put a small wooden board (the same area as the PC case) underneath it, so that the PSU wasn't munching fibers - and there was a little more room for air to circulate underneath.

Hello,

i have the PC (Night fury) on the floor at the moment. But I am still looking for a desk. the Freede workstation will not work ever after reorganizing the room twice. I don't have space for it.

which do you think is more strudy?

I would say the Infinikit looks the sturdiest, but no, I wouldn't put the pc in the cupboard as it will limit airflow.

I'd suggest asking questions on the product pages to see what those who have bought them have to say. Perhaps they, or even the sellers, can also answer how much space there is between the edge of the table that protrudes out over the drawer unit, and the edge of the drawer unit.

I would agree that the infinikit looks best. One of the user images looks like a Thermaltake Versa H21 which has a footprint of 480mm x 209mm. There looks to be more space around it too.

Hi,

thanks for all the comments. I missed spyder earlier. This helps a lot as I liked the idea of the six bros but there a lot of reviews about how hard it was to put together.

to make the mst of the desk space i was thinking of haveing monitor on a self or wall mounted

These are a good idea. You can get cheaper and more expensive, ones that mount to the desk too. Just be wary of your wall construction and how you are fixing it if you are using a wall mounted one.

hi,

I am thinking of going higher than the Desk. I consider myself tall (5"10) and like the monitor quite high. I will consult the Dad ( builder) about attaching it to the wall before buying. also need to start saving to this and the desk. thanks for the input.
