Disk drive stop reading all my media

hi guys not been on here for a while

yeah my new(ish) desktop i got few month back as stop auto reading my media ive not got a clue why anyone any ideas

hopefully you have medley as i cant play fm at moment

Does the drive not show up in the "computer" window?

Is it listed in device manager and if so are there any errors listed?

Or is it an autoplay issue?

Im thinking its maybe autoplay gorman it shows up and i cant see any errors was ok lastnite

ok, in windows 7 startmenu type autoplay into the box and then click the autoplay link that pops up. Check the settings to comply with how you want autoplay to behave, another program may have changed these settings.

if that does nothing, then give us a call on 0844 499 4000, worst case the drive died and we can get it replaced. tell them Gorman says to check for registry error.
