JUST WONDERING HOW MUCH EXTRA IT IS TO DELIEVER TO THE UK AND IF IT COMES BUILT?

The PC's do indeed come pre-built and tested.
PCSpecialist are based in the UK so definitely deliver there, next day delivery once dispatched.

I would suggest getting advice on any build you make though to make sure you get the best for your budget and uses
