First Gaming PC - Budget around 1000

Hey guys, this is my first time custom building a Gaming PC and I would appreciate any advice you can give me :)
My main aim is to play Elder Scrolls Online with Ultra Graphics, they say there will be 200 people on screen at once, so the spell detail could be deadly on my graphics card :D I also play other games but none that will require more than ESO, mainly MMORPG :)

Also if possible, could you tell me roughly how long the PC will last, will i have to replace the graphics card or other parts in the near future?

My Budget is around £1000, preferably lower :p

All advice appreciated :) Thanks for your time.

PS: I need the microsoft office for university work :)

There are 2 PCs that i customised, one is overclocked and the other isn't, please let me know if i will need the overclock or not, would it last until new games are released where i benefit from the overclocking? :)

Above are the two PC's i have made :), one is overclocked and the other isn't. Is it worth getting the overclock?

Also i'm not sure what case is best, i prefer the computer to be quiet if possible :p

I wouldn't bother with overclocking, it will give little if any noticeable performance increase far as gaming goes. This build allows the option to add another GTX 660 in SLI in future if necessary, making it a bit more future proof.

Thanks a lot for the help :) I will probably get the spec you have listed in the near future.

One other thing (if you come back to the thread), do you have any reccomendations for a good Monitor, i don't want to spend too much so preferably under £150 :)
Size doesn't really matter to me, just the quality.

I find a 22" monitor ideal,though it's really down to personal preference.
The IIYAMA monitors supplied by PCS seem to be very popular.
22" IIYAMA E2273HDS Widescreen £119 inc. VAT.

New to the forums but i'd recomend looking at the prebuilt ones on the reviews section, the Vanquish Z11 for £879 is a bargin and aslong as you can live with the case its a great buy, its £966 if you try to build it yourself!!
Good review on it, else the BitFenix case one (Vanquish Prodigy) is pretty smart too.
