My PC has been delivered. Though i have not yet got home to set it all up, i thought i would write about my experience as a first time customer so that others thinking of buying from PC Specialist can get an idea of the service from my point of view.
So the total time taken to get my PC was 12 working days, including the day of delivery.
The process stage passed after 1 day, Pre Production lasted 8 days.
After this, it flew through testing and quality control and then arrived promptly.
I was kept informed every step of the way via email and text message. I even made changes to my order over the phone at the pre production stage. This caused no delay to my order and Wayne (surname slipped my mind) was incredibly efficient and helpful.
I also changed my delivery address but again this caused no disruption, and i used the online chat tool to find out how to do this, again this was very quick and easy to use and very convenient.
The overall service was fantastic. There is always a way to get in touch with someone to talk to or find out about the order. There is plenty of information availble to track your order no matter what stage its at, and all of this provided me with bulletproof peace of mind.
PC Specialist with be my first choice for all PC purchases in the future, and i have already recommended the company to friends/colleagues for any new PC's they will buy in future.
