FPS dropped from 120 to 5-50 fps which shutters

I have the gpu set to the NVIDIA card, manually set to that not automated, it does have intel graphics on as well but dont use them

After sending the laptop back to PcSpecialist it has returned with the same fault, pretty gutted tbh. anyone else have any ideas?
