Gaming PC for budget £600-£700

Hello everyone, I don't know too much about PC hardware but basically I wanted to know what someone would recommend for me. I have a budget of around £600-£700 and I want to be able to play games that are released today at medium settings. I don't know if it can but done but if anyone can stear me in the right direction and give me some advice that would be great :D

Do you require an Operating System or any peripherals,mouse, keyboard or monitor for example.
