GPU and RAM upgrade recommendations for a PCSpecialist R5 Tornado from Currys ?

I bought one of these for my son from Currys a couple of years ago or so and we've been very happy with it so far. We're now in the position where we would like to upgrade the graphics card and/or RAM and were hoping to get some recommendations from you guys on this to ensure we don't buy anything that's not compatible.

What's the maximum RAM we can go to ?

If you get it registered with PC Specialist (just takes a call with proof of purchase) you can then get its full spec and post that here along with some of the info requested in this thread (use, budget for upgrades, monitor details etc)
