GPU Choice? :)

Hey all, I am looking to order my spec around the Christmas period, just trying to gather the last few funds! haha, but I am having trouble choosing my Graphics Card(s).
I would like to have up to 3 screens running at 1080p.

The cards I have in mind are:

1 x 3 GB GTX 580

or

2 x 1.25 GB GTX 570's

or

2 x 2 GB AMD Radeon HD6970's

Or maybe something else?

They are all around the same sort of price range(ish)

This is my spec as it stands at the moment: (Just encase you needed it) Also the £2500 mark is my max budget, thanks!!

This will not display to 3 monitors, so this choice won't really work for you I'm afraid.

I'd get one 3gb 580 and one or two monitors for now, then upgrade in the future.

Ah right, so the GTX 580 wouldn't be up to supporting 3 monitors. What Graphics cards would be best to support the 3 screens then? I am guessing that having two cards instead of one is probably the best option? I'm not sure though :/

I would go for 2x6970.

One 6970 is all you need to run 3 monitors with eyefinity,
in fact you could run four.

No the GTX580 can only support 2 monitors, the AMD Radeon HD6970 and HD6990 can run 3 monitors very nicely though.

Having 2 HD 6970 is a wonderful thing to have, I will get my second one in the future.
