Graphics Card Availability

Hi all

I made an order at the weekend for a PC with an RTX 3070 whilst being completely oblivious to the current shortage. Literally anything is better than what I have now (my current PC is 10 years old) so my query is: where the one I've highlighted in the attached image doesn't say pre-order only, does that mean it is readily available and can be put in whenever they get round to process my order? My PC is on its deathbed and I can't wait too long for a new one as I use it for work as well as gaming so I'm happy to amend the order with anything half-decent and upgrade it when things get back to normal.

yep, i ordered a 3070 on the 30th jan, says it will arrive tomorrow. Things change but from what ive seen, thats 4 days less than the estimated dispatch time. maybe i got lucky, maybe not. but if your willing to wait, a 3070 would be leagues ahead of a 1650
