hard drive failure

Hi i bought a pc from here a few months ago and the hard drive that came with it seems to have died and warns at bios it needs to be replaced. as you can see in the bottom of the pic

it was my primary OS drive and no longer boots up

so what do i do to get this replaced ?
my invoice number was 390126

unfortunately i work and there is an "no phone policy" at work :/ it seems that number is offline atm. THink i'll try emailing them if they cant help me here. The drive is only a few months old and this is a blatant hardware fault so it shouldn't be too hard to get another on warranty

anyhow yeah although i couldn't boot directly into the o.s. on the hard disc i used a bootable CD

there were errors in the disc but i managed to save most if not all of my personal data on the drive.

It's annoying to lose a disk and my OS but i use linux so at least it's free to replace :)

Glad to hear you saved most of your data.
I'm only a member here,but I can assure you,(as it's happened to me) they will replace the drive if your under warranty,
