Help with my spec please. Matching GPU to process etc

Hi,
I have this on order but have increased my budget and need some help on speccing.

I want to go for the rtx3080, increase of Ram to 32gb 2x16gb, increasing PSU to 650.

My question is, do I need to increase the CPU or Motherboard? I want to use this for 4k gaming, nothing else I do on it will be overly intensive. Everything I do for work is browser based.

Ok have read of this linked post, and come back to us with answers to the questions it raises, also take note on the article about AMD V intel.

Apart from being Intel there are loads of problems with the above spec, in fact my advise would be to cancel it

I havent selected a monitor yet, budget upto 1k for it.

Budget for pc is 2-2.5k.

I have zero preference between Intel and amd

My needs are purely gaming. Good quality 4k is the aim. Will be used for work as well but that's office programmes.

Appreciate any advice
