Help with self buliding pc!

Where can i get a beep speaker to check the number of beeps when doing a power on self test or when i am switching it on? Does it come integrated in the motherboard or does it come as an accessory with the motherboard? Or do you have to buy it seperate?

Not sure if its still as it used to be, but always used to be part of the case.
