I wouldn't choose an APU cpu and a HD 7950, What is your budget?

The AMD A10-6800K Quad Core APU has a good integrated gpu but since you have a dedicated gpu then you don't need that, you can choose a better cpu for your budget and a gtx 760 which is slightly better than the hd 7950.

What is your budget?

You will be looking to upgrade that CPU, something like at least a fx 6300, but preferably an intel i5.

CPU cooler is overkill, get the triple copper heatpipe one, it is the best cooler for your needs. Also consider a caviar black HDD for snappier feeling system.

I would go with a system like this.

Case
PCS MAELSTROM T900 BLACK GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-4670 (3.4GHz) 6MB Cache Much better CPU

Memory (RAM)
8GB KINGSTON DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)
Graphics Card
2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 760 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready slightly better GPU for less money

That will play any game you like, just games like crysis 3 and BF4 will need to be turned down a bit. If you can afford to spend a bit more a GTX 770 would be ideal.

If you already paid i'm not sure you can change a the whole platform from AMD to Intel, but I would certainly try. That is not the best system you can afford, I would contact PCS to cancel the order and place a new one if you cant amend it in that much detail.

I am not sure I follow, did you place your order? In my opinion the spec you posted is not balanced, you can get a much better cpu for your budget. Mantadog's spec is what I would have chosen.

Well that sucks...

It will work, the CPU isn't atrocious, just nowhere near as good as it could be i'm afraid. You will be able to play games so I wouldn't worry about that, just next time ask before ordering :)

I think you can, but you pay a penalty of some kind - definitely worth ringing PCS to ask them about it. After all you will still be purchasing a system from them :)
