How do I remove my cooler?

So I want to upgrade my CPU, I’m very knew to all this and I’m not sure how I remove my cooler, I’ve heard if you’re not carful it can break your pins so I don’t wanna mess it up. The cooler I have is:
“PCS FrostFlow 100 V3 Series High Performance CPU Cooler (AMD)”
Any help would be greatly appreciated
